  • Please be aware that choosing to delete your data will result in a permanent removal of all your game progress, and this action cannot be reversed.

    To access or erase your data, follow these steps:

    1. Tap on a gears icon in the top-right corner of the main screen to open up the settings.

    2.  Look for the Terms and Privacy button in the bottom right corner.

    3. Once you hit that button, you'll be taken to our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. There, you can request a summary of personal data or ask for personal data erasure. Scroll down to find these options.

    4. Follow the instructions provided and the respective procedure will start shortly. 

    Keep in mind that saying goodbye to your data means saying goodbye to your purchases too. When requesting a data erasure, your purchases will not be refunded to you and you will not be able to transfer them to another account. All content purchased with real world currency will be lost.

    After you've requested a data deletion, a 2-week waiting period will commence. This is a technical step that can not be skipped, and you will not be able to enter game during this time. If you change your mind about the data deletion during this period, please send us a message to Support.
