1. About FikaPlay

These Terms govern your access to and use of games, websites, and services provided by FikaPlay AB, a company incorporated in Sweden, with registered office in Stockholm, company registration number 559573-8757.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. License to Use the Services

FikaPlay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You do not acquire ownership of:

  • the game

  • any virtual items

  • in-game currency

  • content or intellectual property

All rights remain with FikaPlay.

3. Virtual Items and Purchases

  • Virtual items and currency are licensed, not sold.

  • Purchases are processed by Apple or Google.

  • All payments are final except where required by law.

  • Platform refund policies apply.

Virtual items have no monetary value outside the game.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer the game

  • exploit bugs

  • cheat or use automation

  • interfere with servers

  • harass other users

FikaPlay may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Services may change, update, or discontinue at any time.

6. Automated Systems

Our games may use automated systems, including adaptive gameplay and analytics, to personalize experiences. Outcomes may vary between users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FikaPlay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
